Celebrate Christmas with Small Business

Celebrate Christmas with Small Business

With Christmas fast approaching the team at Little Emperor HQ gathered a few props and accessories from our favourite boutique stores for some Christmas photo shoot fun.

This December also sees Little Emperor turn one! They say the first year of business is the hardest so even more reason to celebrate.

My little penguin Scarlett and I selected a living Christmas tree for our shoot, but we suffered a minor set back after burning the top of the tree from leaving it out in the sun for a day! Whoops.

A few sprays of green vegetable dye later and we were back on track.

Join Mason, Mia and Scarlett as they decorate a Christmas tree and eat icy-poles...

We just love the designer felt garlands and accessories created by Stef Collections, a Melbourne based small business.  Their felt ball garlands certainly make for stylish non-breakable decorations, perfect for letting the kids loose on the Christmas tree!

I know, let's decorate Mason instead...

Ta dah! Mason repurposes a Stef Collections felt ball garland.

I love well dressed children that aren't over-dressed, or dressed to mimic adults, and Australian small business Foxy Fellow and their cool range of boy's accessories strike the right balance. I adore their 'Alfie' bow tie (pictured). And of course I'm pretty proud of our gorgeous blue 'Endless Summer' shirt.

Listen up Mia, this tree decorating is serious business...

Time for orange juice popsicles!

And that's a wrap...
